Day 3 pt 2 stand up comedy again

We had tickets for another comedy gig which we bought on the first night in times square and after last night we were really excited. We started walking and quickly came to another epiphany...it was not cold earlier today at all. Now it was raining shards of ice and suffering and the wind was making our umbrellas completely useless...Even when they werent forced inside out, the rain was being driven horizontally soaking us completely.

The good news was that we strolled past the David Letterman studio and i have resolved that we are getting tickets. The stand-up tonight was no where near as good as last night. Daisy got angry again at the Jesus jokes and cheered the accidental Robert Frost joke which prompted the comedian to proclaim the presence of literary academics. Bec had 4 beers and started whistling and wolf calling every single joke. She whistled at some masculine joke and the comedian hammered me for having two girls sitting beside me. Note if you ever plan to buy tickets of strangers from Times Square- theres always a 2 drink minimum, thats how they get you with the cheap cover charge.

On the way back we got hungry and went to 'Rays Pizza' which is a common NYC pizza joint. The pizza slices are huge and pretty tasty- the tomato sauce they use is really sweet and juicy and the cheese is really stretchy. We also got buffalo wings smothered in chilli sauce which were AWESOME- all chilli chicken here comes with a blue cheese sauce.
