On the way back to the apartment we decided to get some musical tickets from the TKTS booth which are half priced last minute tickets. The lines were huge but the promoters hanging around the line were fun to watch and talk to. We got to the end after not as much waiting as we thought and bought tickets for 'HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUISNESS' with DANIEL RADCLIFFE- stephanie your sooooooo jealous.
The Musical was really excellent. They say the calibre of performance in Broadway does not compare to anything they do in sydney....they arent entirely true. The Musical WAS incredible but not leagues in front of what they do in sydney- just a little bit. This musical, however, had Daniel Radcliffe in it and Bec went absolutely nuts when he ascended from the floor of the theatre and started clapping and screaming and squeezing my arm while she erratically portioned her stare between my face and the stage....like she was expecting me to know who he is...? Her eyes and mouth were open WIDE the entire musical- needless to say she enjoyed the musical number.
After the musical....mathew found the chicken!! no where near as good as back home- the burger was super sweet like they added jam and the chicken batter was no where near as tasty and aromatic as australia's version.
It was a perfect way to end the day. It was a long day, i think the longest yet. extremely tired and will try to have a slow one tomorrow...if we can
